Masters in computer science or BE/BS in  Electronic Engineering with 8 to 10 years related experience at successively higher levels of responsibility . Experience in ERP implementation and database administration, and international vendor certification like MCSE & CCNA and good concepts of ITIL standards is essential. Experience in healthcare ERP implementation will be preferred.
